I think you'll be surprised at what how Destructoid actually integrated Reddit: One of our primary interests is actually outward facing: Our editors are utilizing inbound links from Reddit as a barometer for what to blog about next. We're sending traffic out primarily -- see it yourself on Dtoid.com and also note the activity of our moderators.

As far as our own links, there will absolutely be no funny business. We may occasionally submit our original works to Reddit, but only those we feel are worth your while.

We'll probably never live down that Digg thing, and that's fine. We've had to work that much harder to clear our good name -- we made some hiring mistakes in the past, I'll admit that much. That whole mess was the naive work of a few Dtoider supporters, not an evil plot to spam the web. We're not a bunch of naughty goons devoid of ethics. (Although two of us do have thick meaty beards.)

Give us a chance if you're so inclined. We've recently redesigned since the Reddit luv so the site's easier to use than ever.
